About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning features of provision of some types of the state support

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning features of provision of some types of the state support of change which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 5, 2024 No. 1384

Changes which are made to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning features of provision of some types of the state support

1. The subitem 5 of Item 5 of the Procedure for provision of privileges to separate categories of citizens taking into account the average monthly comprehensive income of family approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 4, 2015 No. 389 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 49, Art. 1570), to state in the following edition:

"5) the public assistance (except part of the help in case of the child's birth which payment is performed once, parts of the help in case of adoption of the child which payment is performed once, the help on burial, the one-time help which is provided according to the legislation or according to decisions of executive bodies and local self-government, the companies, organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership; the one-time government monetary assistance "Winter support" within the All-Ukrainian economic platform "It Is Made in Ukraine" according to procedure for implementation of the pilot project on provision of the one-time government monetary assistance "Winter support" within the All-Ukrainian economic platform "It Is Made in Ukraine" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2024 No. 952 "About implementation of pilot projects within the All-Ukrainian economic platform "It Is Made in Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 80, the Art. 4724, No. 90, the Art. 5782), and also the government monetary assistance, which is charged in percentage ratio from the cost of the goods of the Ukrainian production acquired by clearing settlement with use of payment card according to procedure for implementation of the pilot project on provision of the government monetary assistance to buyers of goods and services of the Ukrainian production within the All-Ukrainian economic platform "It Is Made in Ukraine" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2024 No. 952 "About implementation of pilot projects within the All-Ukrainian economic platform "It Is Made in Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 80, the Art. 4724, No. 90, the Art. 5782), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 22, 2024 No. 1330);".

2. Item 7 of the Procedure for calculation of average monthly comprehensive income of family (household) for all types of the government public assistance approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2020 No. 632 "Some questions of payment of the government public assistance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 61, Art. 1981; 2024, No. 35, the Art. 2208) to add with paragraphs of the following content:

"the one-time government monetary assistance "Winter support" within the All-Ukrainian economic platform "It Is Made in Ukraine" according to procedure for implementation of the pilot project on provision of the one-time government monetary assistance "Winter support" within the All-Ukrainian economic platform "It Is Made in Ukraine" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2024 No. 952 "About implementation of pilot projects within the All-Ukrainian economic platform "It Is Made in Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 80, the Art. 4724, No. 90, the Art. 5782);

the government monetary assistance which is charged in percentage ratio from the cost of the goods of the Ukrainian production acquired by clearing settlement with use of payment card according to Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on provision of the government monetary assistance to buyers of goods and services of the Ukrainian production within the All-Ukrainian economic platform "It Is Made in Ukraine" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2024 No. 952 "About implementation of pilot projects within the All-Ukrainian economic platform "It Is Made in Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 80, the Art. 4724, No. 90, the Art. 5782), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 22, 2024 No. 1330)".".

3. Item 5-1 of the Procedure for use of means of the government budget for ensuring social protection of the citizens who got to difficult vital circumstances, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 30, 2022 No. 1475 "Some questions of social protection of the citizens who got to difficult vital circumstances" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 4, the Art. 317), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2024 No. 1341, after the paragraph of the seventh to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In case of lack of technical capability to transfer budgetary funds into the accounts of receivers of the help for accommodation to internally displaced persons opened in organization of authorized bank, such funds are allocated through department of the organization performing payment and delivery of pensions and the monetary assistance at the actual place of residence (stay) of receivers. Item 20 of the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on provision of the government monetary assistance to buyers of goods and services of the Ukrainian production within the All-Ukrainian economic platform "It Is Made in Ukraine" approved by the specified resolution after the paragraph of third to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The technical administrator of information system by electronic information exchange according to the contract on information exchange between Minsotspolitiki, the Pension fund of Ukraine, the State company" data processing center of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine", the technical administrator of information system monthly reports the information about receivers of keshbek with indication of the amount of the added keshbek of the Pension fund of Ukraine and the state company "Data Processing Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine" (if technically possible).".
