About modification and amendments in some orders of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan
I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made.
2. To provide to legal department of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction it the copy in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To committees on information security, artificial intelligence and development of innovations, the state services, telecommunications and to space committee to take other measures following from this order.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-ministers of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
