About approval of the List of some orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the acting minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made

1. Approve the List of some orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the acting minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions according to appendix to this order are made.

2. To provide to department of digitalization and automation of the state services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Ministers of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The list of some orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the acting minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made

1. In the order of the acting minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 28, 2020 No. 61 "About approval of Rules of rendering the state services in questions of lawyer activities" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 20774) to make the following changes:

"According to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" I ORDER:";

in the Rules of rendering the state service "Carrying Out Certification of Persons Applying for Occupation Lawyer Activities" approved by the specified order:

Person applying for occupation lawyer activities (further-uslugopoluchatel) directs through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz, www.elicense.kz documents for the obtaining or renewals of the license specified in Item 8 of the List of the main requirements to rendering the state service "Licensing for Occupation Lawyer Activities" (dalee-Perechen) according to appendix 1 to these rules in electronic form signed by the digital signature (dalee-ETsP).";

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. The state service "Licensing for Occupation Lawyer Activities" (further – the state service) appears Committee of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the service provider).
