Approve Changes in the Procedure for authorization of legal entities who intend to perform activities of trade repository in the capital markets and the organized goods markets, and conditions of implementation of such activities, No. approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 24, 2021 1149, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 18, 2022 at No. 54/37390, which are applied.

2. Bring in the Procedure for the submission of information on derivative contracts in trade repository and disclosures of information on derivative contracts trade repository approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 07, 2021 No. 1203, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 22, 2021 at No. 1652/37274, the following changes:
