About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine

According to the laws of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity", "On regulation of economic activity with ozone-depleting substances and the fluorinated greenhouse gases", "About currency and currency transactions", the subitem 223 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 to No. 124), for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of September 14, 2007 No. 302 "About approval of regulatory legal acts concerning import licensing of goods and modification of the Procedure for consideration of requests for issue of licenses in the field of non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2007 at No. 1100/14367, the following changes:

Heading to state 1) in the following edition:

"About procedure for import licensing of goods";

2) Item 1 in paragraph four the word "obtaining" to replace with the word "issue";

3) in Item 2:

in paragraph one:
