About approval of regulatory legal acts concerning import licensing of goods and modification of the Procedure for consideration of requests for issue of licenses in the field of non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine

According to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity" I ORDER:

1. Approve applied:

Regulations on procedure for import licensing of goods;

Form of the import license of goods and the Instruction concerning its filling;

The commitment form on receipt of the import license of goods and the Instruction concerning its filling.

2. Delegate to the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations and authorized body of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (in their consent) the right of issue of import licenses of goods to the subjects of foreign economic activity registered in the respective regions and book value of goods under agreements (contracts) of which does not exceed 300 thousand dollars of the USA, except goods for which import quantitative restrictions (quotas) are set.

The list of authorized structural divisions of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations and authorized body of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and also the list of officials which are granted right to sign of import licenses of goods are determined by the separate order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
