Article 1

Bring in part 1 of article 2 of the Federal Law of February 23, 2013 No. 15-FZ "About protection of public health from impact of environmental tobacco smoke, effects of consumption of tobacco or consumption of nikotinsoderzhashchy products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 8, Art. 721; 2018, No. 31, Art. 4861; 2020, No. 31, Art. 5062; 2023, No. 18, Art. 3255; 2024, No. 33, Art. 5021) following changes:

1) Item 3 after the words "nicotine free liquid" to add with the words "bestabachny mix for heating";

To add 2) with Item 4.2 of the following content:

"4. 2) bestabachny mix for heating - the type of nikotinsoderzhashchy or nicotine free product presenting itself the bestabachny mix which is not created in the form of separate portions ready to filling in the devices for consumption of products manually intended for the education of aerosol got by direct or indirect heating of products (without burning) which is inhaled by the consumer when using products with devices for consumption of nikotinsoderzhashchy products, hookahs;".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since March 1, 2025.
