Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of June 8, 2020 No. 168-FZ "About the single federal information register containing data on the population of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 24, Art. 3742; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5324; 2023, No. 1, Art. 16) following changes:

Item 2 of part 2 of Article 7 to add 1) with subitems "p" - "at" the following content:

c) data on deprivation of the parent rights, recovery in the parent rights, about restriction of the parent rights, cancellation of restriction of the parent rights;

r) information about guardians and about custodians;

s) data on legal incapacity of the citizen or on recognition of the citizen incapacitated, and also about cancellation of restriction of the citizen in capacity to act and recognition of the incapacitated citizen capable, about the announcement of the minor sui juris (emancipation).";
