from January 1, 2025 to March 15, 2025;
from November 15, 2025 to March 15, 2026;
from November 15, 2026 to March 15, 2027;
from November 15, 2027 to March 15, 2028;
from November 15, 2028 to March 15, 2029;
from November 15, 2029 to March 15, 2030;
from November 15, 2030 to March 15, 2031;
b) in the subjects of the Russian Federation specified in items 4 - the 13th list, - from January 1, 2025 to March 15, 2031;
