About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2024 No. 490

Based on the paragraph of the ninth No. 395-Z "About social servicing" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts three of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 22, 2000

1. Bring in appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2024 No. 490 "About requirements to the single-family apartment houses used for rendering social services in the form of stationary social servicing" the following changes:

add Item 3 with part of the following content:

"Geometrical parameters of door and window openings in light can be reduced, but no more than on m 0,02 - for doors and 0,04 of m - for windows.";

add Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:

"on staircase.";

add Item 14 with part of the following content:

in Item 20:
