Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014 p., No. 54, Art. 1455; 2016, No. 42, Art. 1578, No. 73, Art. 2463; 2017, No. 73, Art. 2248; 2018, No. 42, Art. 1489; 2019, No. 69, Art. 2428; 2020, No. 2, Art. 68; 2022, No. 29, Art. 1572, No. 45, Art. 2464; 2024, No. 37, the Art. 2323), the enclosed changes.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.
3. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of September 19, 2024 No. 3985-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine on insolvency proceedings and some other legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of the Directive of the European parliament and the Council of the European Union 2019/1023 and introductions of procedures of preventive restructuring", but not earlier than day of its publication.
