About creation of the Highest scientific and technical commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of implementation of the subitem 3) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About science and technological policy" and article 241-4 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create the Highest scientific and technical commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Approve:

1) Regulations on the Highest scientific and technical commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) structure of the Highest scientific and technical commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The highest scientific and technical commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – VNTK) is advisory advisory body under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
