In pursuance of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial accounting and the financial reporting in Ukraine" I ORDER:

1. Approve the National provision (standard) of financial accounting 25 "The simplified financial reporting" (further - the National provision (standard) 25) which is applied.

2. 25 to apply national provision (standard) to creation of the financial reporting, since the first quarter 2000. Determine that in forms of the Financial statement indicators for the same period of 1999 can not go.

3. Ceased to be valid

Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 18, 1995 No. 139 "About approval of amount and forms of the annual accounting report of the company and the Instruction about procedure for their filling", No. 321/857, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 1, 1995 with changes and amendments.
