About approval of the Program of food security and food in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2025-2030

For the purpose of realization of strategic priorities of sustainable development, ensuring food security of the country and rapid response to internal and external threats of stability of the food market of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) the Program of food security and food in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2025-2030 (further - the Program) according to appendix 1;

2) the Actions plan on program implementation (further - the Actions plan) according to appendix 2;

3) the Matrix of indicators of monitoring and assessment of program implementation (further - the Matrix of indicators) according to appendix 3;

4) the budget of the Actions plan according to appendix 4.

2. To the ministries and departments of the Kyrgyz Republic, local government bodies, also other organizations for approval responsible for implementation of the Actions plan to provide its execution and quarterly, no later than the 15th following the accounting period, to provide the relevant information in the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Determine that the program implementation and the Actions plan is performed within implementation of the Crediting of Agro-industrial Complex project and within the approved means provided in republican, local budgets, and also other attracted sources for the corresponding years.

4. To the ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic:
