About introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement of activities of Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan
According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 25, 2023 No. UP-14 "About First-priority Organizational Measures for Effective Establishing Activities of Republican Executive Bodies":
1. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:
renaming of Service of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health into Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health;
reduction in compliance among themselves acts of the legislation in connection with creation of the Center of retraining of personnel in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health, and increase in their qualification in system of Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health.
2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
