About some questions of provision of exclusive export right of separate types of bearings

According to Items 2 and 4 of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity", the subitem 2) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications", articles 29 and 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union, and also the Section 10 of appendix 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the list of separate types of bearings for which export the exclusive right is granted;

2) the list of participants of foreign trade activity which are granted exclusive right;

3) Rules of suspension or cancellation of the exclusive license for export of separate types of bearings.

2. Determine Committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the licensor on implementation of issue of the exclusive license for export of separate types of the bearings provided by the subitem 1) of Item 1 of this resolution.

3. Effective period of the exclusive license for export of separate types of bearings constitutes one year from start date of its action and can be limited by effective period of the agreement in foreign trade (contract) or effective period of the document which is the basis for issue of the exclusive license.

4. To industry ministry and constructions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.
