Reorganize non-commercial joint-stock company "National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to the highest scientific organization "National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Academy).
2. Determine authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the Ministry of Science and the Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Academy.
3. Determine core activities of Academy:
1) development of recommendations about determination of the priority directions of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities according to priorities of social and economic development, and also the priority directions of strategic, basic and applied scientific research in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
