About modification of some departmental regulatory legal acts in connection with enhancement of system of public administration

1. Make changes to some departmental regulatory legal acts according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to some departmental regulatory legal acts

1. According to the procedure of export of exhibits abroad, and also carrying out abroad exhibitions from museum funds, public and private collections, the approved Ministry of external commercial relations, the Ministry of cases of culture, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan (рег. No. 140 of May 6, 1995):

in Item 6 of the word "Ministries of Cases of Culture, Ministry of External Commercial Relations and State Tax Committee" shall be replaced with words "The agencies of cultural heritage, the Ministry of investments, industry and trade and the Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

in Item 7 of the word "The ministry of cases of culture" and "The ministry of external commercial relations and the State Tax Committee" to replace respectively with words "The agency of cultural heritage of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "The ministry of investments, industry and trade and the Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

In Regulations on payment procedure of cash bonuses to athletes of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the outstanding results achieved at the Asian and Paraziatsky games, the approved resolution of the Ministry of Finance, Board of the Central bank, Ministry of cases of culture and sport of January 5, 2007 No. No. 2, 285-B, 01-10-14 (рег. No. 1657 of February 8, 2007) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, No. 4-6, of Art. 59; 2015, No. 3, Art. 39):

"Ministry of Finance" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 3 of the word "The Ministry of Economics and finance";

2) in Item 5:

in paragraph one of the word "Ministry of Finance" and to "Ministry of cases of culture and sport" to replace respectively with the words "Ministry of Economics and Finance" and "Ministry of Sport";

In paragraph ten of Item 1 of the Regulations on procedure investment intermediaries of services of the official dealer of issuers (market maker) approved by the resolution of the Center for coordination and control of functioning of the security market under the State Property Committee, the Ministries of Finance and Boards of the Central bank of March 9, 2007 No. No. 2007-03, 33, 289-B (рег. No. 1682 of May 26, 2007) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, No. 22, of the Art. 227) of the word "Agency on Market Development of the Capital" shall be replaced with words "The national agency of perspective projects".
