For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of realization of the Safe City component of the Smart City project of September 18, 2024 265, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No.:

1. Approve the Procedure for forming and use of the amounts of the penalties collected for making of the offenses processed in the automated information system "Unified Register of Offences", including fixed using the hardware and software within realization of the Safe City component of the Smart City project (further - the Procedure) according to appendix.

2. To the state bodies involved in realization of the Safe City component of the Smart City project and the automated information system "Unified Register of Offences":

1) to bring the decisions into accord with requirements of the Procedure approved by Item 1 of this resolution;

2) to take measures and to bring the departmental automated information systems into accord with requirements of the Procedure approved by Item 1 of this resolution.

3. Recommend to local government bodies:

1) to take the measures following from this resolution;
