1. Start in all territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan pilot project on approbation of the mechanism of purpose of the government address public assistance in case of receipt of consent of persons applying for receipt of the address public assistance, for data transmission according to bank accounts, remaining balance and (or) movement of money on them by means of Interbank system of exchange of information on open program interfaces (Open API).
2. Approve the enclosed Algorithm of interaction of state bodies on approbation of the mechanism of purpose of the government address public assistance in case of receipt of consent of persons applying for receipt of the address public assistance, for data transmission according to bank accounts, remaining balance and (or) movement of money on them by means of Interbank system of exchange of information on open program interfaces (Open API).
3. Determine the period of action of pilot project till November 1, 2026.
4. To provide to department of digitalization and automation of the state services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) connection to the state service of access control to personal data (further - the KDP service) by means of application in "Smart Bridge";
