About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement of public administration in the field of youth policy and sport
For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 20, 2024 No. UP-18 "About Measures for Enhancement of System of Public Administration in the field of Youth Policy and Sport":
1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:
reduction of some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in compliance with the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 20, 2024 No. UP-18 "About Measures for Enhancement of System of Public Administration in the field of Youth Policy and Sport";
enhancement of payment procedure of allowances to base wage rate of employees of sports schools;
establishment of procedure for determination makhally in which sports grounds, by vote of the population will be built;
enhancement of procedure for construction and state registration of sports grounds;
exception of obsolete and duplicative rules, and also elimination of legal gaps in some existing decrees and resolutions in the field of youth policy and sport.
2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 24, 2024 No. UP-226
1. In paragraph one of Item 9 of the Regulations on the pardon procedure in the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 8, 2018 No. UP-5439, of the word "Ministries of Youth Policy and Sport" shall be replaced with words "Agencies on cases of youth".
2. In paragraph four of the subitem "b" of Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 14, 2019 shall be replaced with words No. UP-5630 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of Management System State Assets, Anti-monopoly Regulation and Capital Market" of the word "under the Ministry of youth policy and sport" "under the Ministry of Sport".
3. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 24, 2020 No. UP-5924 "About Measures for Further Enhancement and Promoting of Physical Culture and Sport in the Republic of Uzbekistan":
a) in paragraph five of Item 1 of the word "Ministries of Youth Policy and Sport" shall be replaced with words Ministry of Sport;
b) in paragraph six of Item 2 of the word "Ministries of Youth Policy and Sport" shall be replaced with words Ministry of Sport;
c) in the paragraph the second Item 3 of the word "The ministry of youth policy and sport" shall be replaced with words Ministry of Sport;
d) in paragraph one of Item 13 of the word "Ministries of Youth Policy and Sport" shall be replaced with words Ministry of Sport;
e) in the paragraph the eighteenth Item 5. And also the paragraph the sixth Item 6 of appendix No. 1 of the word "Ministries of Youth Policy and Sport" shall be replaced with words 4, Ministry of Sport.
4. Of June 30, 2020 to exclude No. UP-6017 "About Measures for Radical Reforming and Raising on the New Level of the State Youth Policy in the Republic of Uzbekistan" of the word "under the Ministry of youth policy and sport" from Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5. In paragraph four of Item 10 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 13, 2021 "To the ministry of tourism and sport (A. I. Ikramov)" shall be replaced with words No. UP-6260 "About Additional Measures for Full Support of Youth and Further Increase in Its Public Activity" of the word "To agency on cases of youth (A. Z. Sajdullayev)".
6. In paragraph one of Item 9 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 30, 2021 shall be replaced with words No. UP-46 "About Measures for Acceleration of Works on Gardening and the Further Effective Organization of Protection of Trees in the Republic" of the word "with the Ministry of youth policy and sport" "with Agency on cases of youth".
7. In Item 12 of the List of the ministries and departments in which Project offices of development and implementation of new investment projects are created, No. UP-111, of the word "Ministry of Youth Policy and Sport" approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 21, 2023 shall be replaced with words Ministry of Sport.
8. Third Item 2 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 27, 2011 "About creation of Republican specialized Children's and Youth Sports School of Olympic Reserve in gymnastics" to state the paragraph to No. PP-1608 in the following edition:
"training term in RSDYuSShOR on gymnastics - 11 years with the general contingent of the studying 132 pupils athletes aged from 7 up to 18 years and annual acceptance in number of 12 gifted pupils athletes".
