About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Recognize invalid separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. Determine that the preventive visits which are not providing possibility of refusal of their carrying out, held according to orders of the President of the Russian Federation, the Russian Prime Minister, and also at the request of the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, approved with the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia - the Chief of staff of the Government of the Russian Federation, and planned to carrying out in 2025, and also not completed till January 1, 2025, are subject to carrying out till January 1, 2026 according to provisions of the regulatory legal acts operating for date of the corresponding order.

Control of execution of instructions about elimination of the revealed violations issued by results of the specified preventive visits is performed according to provisions of article 95 of the Federal law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation".

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025, except for Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since December 31, 2024, and paragraphs of the third and fourth subitem "k" of Item 2 of the specified changes which become effective since September 1, 2026.
