1. Item 36 of the Procedure for filling of the statement for release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 13, 2017 No. 171, after the paragraph of the ninth to add with paragraphs of the following content:

Data on numbers of excise and (or) special stamps, following in a row, are specified by putting down of the first and last number of the corresponding range in the corresponding details of structure of the statement, and in the statement in document type on paper - through dash divider sign "-".
In the Republic of Armenia the quantity of excise and (or) special stamps on each series is specified if goods are marked by such brands according to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia in the field of taxes and fees.
In the Republic of Belarus the quantity of excise stamps is specified;".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than April 1, 2025.
