About approval of the Regulations on certification of ecological auditors

1. Approve Regulations on certification of ecological auditors which are applied.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of strategic planning (R.V.'s Kishkan) this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Declare invalid the order of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources of Ukraine of 12.01.2005 No. 8 "About approval of the Regulations on certification of ecological auditors", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 28.02.2005 for N273/10553.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Kurulenko S. S.
