1. Approve the Instruction about submission of the reporting and other information by payment service providers it (is applied).

2. Determine that the reporting and other information constituted according to requirements of the Instruction about submission of the reporting and other information by payment service providers approved by this resolution for the first time is submitted in National Bank in the following procedure:

2.1. the payment service providers included in the register of payment service providers and types of the payment services rendered by them till April 1, 2025:

reporting and other information on sequence numbers 12. 1, 15.1, 15.2 of the list of types of the reporting and other information provided by payment service providers in National Bank according to appendix to the Instruction about submission of the reporting and other information by payment service providers (further – the list) for January-June, 2025 – no later than August 20, 2025;

reporting and other information on sequence numbers 1. 1, 1.2, 2.1, 3.1, 3.2, 4.1, 7.1–7.3, 9.1–9.3, 12.3, 12.4, 15.3 of the list for the I-II quarters 2025 – no later than August 20, 2025;

reporting and other information on sequence numbers 6.1-6. 3, 10.1–10.3, 11.1 of the list for the first half of the year 2025 – no later than August 20, 2025;
