About approval of Changes in Regulations on currency supervision
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 11, 15 Laws of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions", Articles 1, of 4, of 32, 49 Laws of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in the field of currency supervision in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on currency supervision approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 3, 2019 No. 13 (with the enclosed changes).
2. The resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
