About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure for submission of data on structure of property of bank
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 34, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", the Law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure", for the purpose of harmonization of procedures of the National Bank of Ukraine relatively about submission of data on structure of property of bank to the National Bank of Ukraine with the general principles of ministerial procedure, increase in transparency and efficiency of implementation of functions of public administration of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine decide:
1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure for submission of data on structure of property of the bank approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 21, 2015 No. 328 (with changes) (further - Provisions) which are applied.
2. The National Bank of Ukraine performs consideration of the applications, the petitions, documents received till December 31, 2024 on which as of January 1, 2025 the decision, according to the Provision taking into account the terms determined by the legislation of Ukraine, operating till December 31, 2024 since January 1, 2025 is not made.
3. The resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
