About change of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2017 No. 25
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2023 No. 598 "About the services relating the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus to spheres of natural monopolies, the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade", DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2017 No. 25 "About rates for services of the airports and aeronautical services" the following changes:
to be reworded as follows appendix to this resolution it (is applied);
to exclude Item 22 of the Instruction on procedure for establishment and application of rates for services of the airports and aeronautical services approved by this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
