ORDER OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

For the purpose of achievement of growth rates of indicators of digital economy, according to Articles 13, the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic":

1. Approve Regulations on index of measurement of digital economy according to appendix.

2. To provide to the state bodies determined responsible for provision of data annually till January 20 of the year following the accounting period exhaustive and reliable information in the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic for calculation of index of measurement of digital economy for each previous year.

3. To the ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) annually, till February 20 of the year following the accounting period to represent to the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic - to the Head of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also to publish on the official website of the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic results of measurement of index of digital economy since the first calculation following the results of 2024;

2) till December 30, 2025 to take measures for development and application of the single centralized digital platform allowing to provide collection and data processing from the state bodies necessary for calculation of index of measurement of digital economy.

4. Control of execution of this order to assign to management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
