About establishment and features of distribution of the tariff quotas to export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, separate types of the seeds of colza made in the territory of the Irkutsk region

According to article 36 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About customs tariff" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Establish for term from the date of entry into force of this resolution till August 31, 2025 (inclusive) the tariff quota on export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, the separate types of the seeds of colza (codes 1205 10 900 0, 1205 90 000 9 CN FEA EEU) made in the territory of the Irkutsk region placed under customs procedure of export (further respectively - the tariff quota, goods), of 100000 tons.

2. Distribution of the tariff quota is performed by the management official of the Irkutsk region (person, it replacing) in case of the address of participants of foreign trade activity in declarative procedure according to the rules approved by the management official of the Irkutsk region (person, it replacing) in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

Decisions on distribution of amounts of the tariff quotas are issued by the management official of the Irkutsk region (person, it replacing) in form according to appendix (further - the decision).

Distribution of the tariff quota to the participant of foreign trade activity is performed within amount of the tariff quota taking into account the issued decisions.
