About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 13, 2006 No. 615 "About estimative activities in the Republic of Belarus" (appendix).

2. The service provision agreements on carrying out independent assessment signed and not performed before entry into force of this part are not subject to reduction in compliance with this Decree and are effective before execution of all obligations by the parties on them, but no more than thirty calendar days from the date of entry into force of this part.

The service provision agreements on carrying out independent assessment signed for provision of results of independent assessment of market value of objects of the civil laws in customs authorities and not performed according to requirements of the paragraph of the thirty first Item of 1 appendix to this Decree are subject to termination.

3. In six-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

part two of Item 2 of this Decree, the paragraph the thirty first Item 1 and paragraphs of the second or sixth of Item 5 of appendix - in month after official publication of this Decree;

paragraphs the twenty ninth, thirtieth, thirty second and thirty third appendix Item 5 - in five months after official publication of this Decree;
