1. Approve the enclosed changes approved with Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2022 No. 1067 "About cases and terms of use of the biometric personal data placed by physical persons in single biometric system with use of mobile application of single biometric system" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 25, Art. 4337; 2023, No. 12, Art. 2034; No. 23, Art. 4203).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2022 No. 1067

1. In Item of 1 cases and terms of use of the biometric personal data placed by physical person in single biometric system with use of mobile application of single biometric system including in the absence of the information about the physical person in single system of identification and authentication approved by the specified resolution:

a) in paragraph one of the word "till January 1, 2025." shall be replaced with words "till January 1, 2027";

b) in the subitem "z" of the word "by means of the Internet to exclude;

c) state the subitem "p" in the following edition:

"o) implementation of sale of alcoholic products, nonalcoholic tonics (including energy), tobacco products or nikotinsoderzhashchy products, hookahs and devices for consumption of nikotinsoderzhashchy products;";

d) add with the subitem "shch" of the following content:
