3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
4. To Federal Agency for State Property Management together with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos to perform holding the actions provided by Items 1 and 2 of this resolution in 10-month time.
