1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 26, 2022 No. 643/20 "About carrying out separate transactions with government securities" the following changes:
the fourth parts one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 after words "the repayment date established by the prospectus of the issue" to add the paragraph with words "(for eurobonds with repayment date on February 28, 2023 - till December 24, 2024)";
to add subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of appendix 4 to this resolution with words "(for eurobonds with repayment date on February 28, 2023 - at the time of the termination of the working day on December 23, 2024)".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
