About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2021 No. 746
Based on part nine of Article 22 and part six of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2021 "About selection and seed farming of agricultural plants" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 102-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2021 No. 746 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2021 No. 102-Z "About selection and seed farming of agricultural plants" the following changes:
1.1. to exclude the words "in the form established by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food" from part one of Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for the carrying out certification of producers of original and elite seeds of agricultural plants approved by this resolution;
1.2. in the Regulations on procedures for carrying out approbation, soil control and laboratory high-quality control of agricultural plants, issue of the act of approbation of agricultural plants approved by this resolution:
in Item 6:
state part one in the following edition:
"6. For receipt of the act of approbation of agricultural plants the applicant submits in the state inspectorate for seed farming the application, except for the case provided in part two of this Item.";
after part one to add Item with part of the following content:
"For approbation of the agricultural plants relating to the grades registered in the State register of the protected plant varieties of the Republic of Belarus which seeds are intended for realization to the application are enclosed the original (without withdrawal) and the copy of the document confirming the right to use such grade of the agricultural plant registered in the State register of the protected plant varieties of the Republic of Belarus, which is object of legal protection according to the legislation on patents for plant varieties.";
