Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of use of zones of the regime territories and the territories adjoining to them (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", other regulatory legal acts and the state standard rates in the field of architecture, town planning and construction and determine procedure for use of zones of the regime territories and the territories adjoining to them.

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) zones of the regime territories - the territories within settlements and out of their limits, intended for placement of the protected objects;

2) the territories adjacent to zones of the regime territories, - the territories which are directly adjoining borders of the regime territories according to requirements of these rules.
