About approval of the Regulations on functioning of the Single centralized database on compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles
According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 8, of 51, of Item 16 of the Section VI of the Law of Ukraine of May 21, 2024 No. 3720-IX "About compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles", for the purpose of establishment of requirements to functioning of the Single centralized database about compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles and the list of information containing in it the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on functioning of the Single centralized database on compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles (further - the Provision) which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 30, 2022 No. 108 "About some questions of implementation of compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles".
3. To motor (transport) insurance bureau of Ukraine (further - MTSBU) till December 31, 2025 to bring the activities into accord with requirements of the Provision.
