Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 25, 2017 No. 1760 "About number of the measures connected with creation and ensuring activities Mortgage and credit guarantee fund of the Azerbaijan Republic", I decide:
1. Make the following changes to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 16, 2016 No. 1113 "About some questions connected with activities of the State agency of housing construction in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 11, Article 1820, 2017, No. 5, Article 821, No. 11, Article 2006, No. 2, Article; 181):
1.1. In Item 9.3 of the word of "means of Azerbaijani Mortgage Fund Open joint stock company of society" shall be replaced with words "fund Mortgage and credit guarantee fund of the Azerbaijan Republic of fund";
1.2. By "Rules of preferential acquisition by citizens of the apartments which are at the disposal of the State agency of housing construction in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic", the approved this Decree:
1.2.1. In subitem 1.2.2 of the word "Azerbaijani Mortgage Fund open joint stock company (further - shall be replaced with words JSC AIF) "Mortgage and credit guarantee fund of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - Fund)".;
1.2.2. In subitem 1.2.9 and Item 4.1 of the word "replace JSC AIF with the word "Fund", and in Item 7.3 of the word "replace JSC AIF with the word "Fund";
