About some questions connected with activities of the State agency of housing construction of the Azerbaijan Republic

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

1. Approve "The procedure for acquisition by citizens on favorable terms of the apartments which are at the disposal of the State agency on housing construction of the Azerbaijan Republic" (is applied).

2. "The procedure for acquisition by citizens on favorable terms the apartments which are at the disposal of the State agency on housing construction of the Azerbaijan Republic approved by part of 1 this Decree becomes effective along with the Provision of the Preferential Housing system provided in Item 9.1 of this Decree.

3. For the purpose of acquisition by citizens on favorable terms of the apartments which are at the disposal of the State agency on housing construction of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - the Agency), on the Elektronnoye Pravitelstvo portal to create the Preferential Housing system and to apply it since May 1, 2017.

4. The Preferential Housing system according to the Procedure approved by 1 part of this Decree in connection with acquisition of housing on favorable terms shall provide the following:

4.1. availability of information on conditions and the list of the documents required for acquisition on favorable terms apartments;

4.2. registration in real time the electronic address of person wishing to acquire on favorable terms housing;

4.3. receipt of information necessary for acquisition on favorable terms housing and provided in subitems 6.2.1-6.2.4 of this Decree;

4.4. conducting registration of persons, single and open for the public, who handled the acquisition purpose on favorable terms;

4.5. creation of electronic office for person who handled the acquisition purpose on favorable terms of housing.
