About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 16, 2016 No. 1113 "About some questions connected with activities of the State agency of housing construction of the Azerbaijan Republic"

1. Make the following changes to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 16, 2016 No. 1113 "About some questions connected with activities of the State agency of housing construction of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 11, Article 1820, No. 5, Article 821, No. 11, Article 2006, No. 2, Article; 181, No. 6, Article 1196):
1.1. To exclude words from Item 4.4 "Society";
1.2. In Item 6 of the word "Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies" shall be replaced with words "The state agency on servicing of the population and social innovations in case of the President";
1.3. In Item 6.3 to "Society" shall be replaced with words the word "To limited liability company of MFA;
1.4. In Item 8.2 "society" shall be replaced with words the word "limited liability company of MFA;
1.5. Add with Item 8.3 of the following content:
"8.3. The answer to the addresses submitted according to the Rules approved by part of 1 this Decree including to the addresses connected with difficulties and their elimination is performed also through the centers "ASANAS hidmt";
1.6. State Item 9.3 in the following edition:
"9.3. Determine part of means Mortgage and credit guarantee fund of the Azerbaijan Republic, directed to acquisition by citizens of apartments according to the Rules approved by part of 1 this Decree in coordination with the President of the Azerbaijan Republic. at the beginning of each financial year;
