1. Bring in Item 14 of the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in subitem 2:

to add the subitem after paragraph two with the new paragraph third the following content:

"the state companies, legal entities whose 100 percent of shares (shares) directly or indirectly belong to the state, being subjects of the natural gas market to whom the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine based on article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" assigns special obligations selling natural gas for forming of natural gas resource provided that such transactions and their amounts are approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;".
