1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in Item 12:

"1-6) purchases and sales by legal persons / physical persons entrepreneurs of bank metals without physical delivery for non-cash hryvnias in case of simultaneous observance of the following conditions:

legal persons / physical persons entrepreneurs began to perform activities in the field of production of jewelry till February 23, 2022 that is confirmed by the relevant documents;";
