About modification of the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) for medicines
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) for medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 26, 2005 No. 376 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 22, Art. 1196; 2024, No. 46, the Art. 2848) changes which are applied.
2. Establish that medicine series which is made before enforcement of the Law of Ukraine of August 21, 2024 No. 3910-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" concerning marking of medicines" with the marking which is not conforming to requirements of the specified law can be imported on the territory of Ukraine, be in circulation and be applied before the termination of the expiration date specified on packaging.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except paragraph two of Item of 5 changes, approved by this resolution which becomes effective along with enforcement of the Law of Ukraine of August 21, 2024 No. 3910-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" concerning marking of medicines".
