About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of rendering services of data transmission" of March 27, 2024 No. 139
For the purpose of regulation of the questions connected with data transmission provision of services according to article 4 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electric communication", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of rendering services of data transmission" of March 27, 2024 No. 139 the following changes:
1) Item 2 to add with the subitem 3 following of content:
"3) the operators of data transmission specified in Rules of rendering services of data transmission annually till 2028 shall increase data storage amount according to requirements, the stipulated in Item 8 above rules.";
2) in Rules of rendering the services of data transmission approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. The information on services of data transmission can be provided only to subscribers of data transmission or their authorized representatives based on the address in the form established by the operator if other is not provided by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. The information on services of data transmission is provided to the third parties only based on the court resolution which took legal effect. The following data on data transmission services, and also records of the log (log-files) are stored by the operator of data transmission at least three years from the moment of receipt of services of data transmission:
