About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning accreditation and assessment of conformity in the field of use of atomic energy

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning accreditation and assessment of conformity in the field of use of atomic energy.

2. State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" within 12 months to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid paragraphs the sixteenth, the twenty sixth, the fortieth, the forty first, the forty fourth, the fifty eighth, fifty ninth, sixty fifth - the seventy third, hundred eighteenth - the hundred thirty sixth, two hundred twenty sixth (regarding Item 56), the two hundred twenty eighth - the two hundred thirtieth, two hundred fifty first - two hundred fifty sixth and two hundred sixty third - the two hundred seventy fourth the subitem "b" of Item of 2 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 28, 2017 No. 760 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 28, the Art. 4138).

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning accreditation and assessment of conformity in the field of use of atomic energy

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 20, 2013 No. 612 "About accreditation in the field of use of atomic energy" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 31, Art. 4215; 2016, No. 49, Art. 6908; 2017, No. 28, Art. 4138; 2020, No. 30, Art. 4898):

"the statement from the register of experts in accreditation" - the document created by accreditation body in electronic form on the basis of the data containing in the register of experts in accreditation in the field of use of atomic energy (further - the register of experts in accreditation), certifying certification of the expert in accreditation in certain area of certification of experts in accreditation at the time of forming of the statement from the register of experts in accreditation;";

after the paragraph of the ninth to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"test laboratory (center)" - the Russian legal entity accredited according to these rules, included in the register of accredited persons and performing works on carrying out the testing and (or) measurements, and also sampling connected with their subsequent testing and (or) measurements;";
