2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of karantinirovaniye of animals

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of karantinirovaniye of animals (further – Rules) are developed according to subitem 46-17) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About veterinary science" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for karantinirovaniye of animals.

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) the database on identification of farm animals (further – the database) – the part of veterinary accounting providing single, multi-level data recording system about individual number of animal, about its veterinary processings, including results of diagnostic testings, and also data on the animal owner, performed by the state veterinary organizations created by local executive bodies, and used by authorized body in the field of veterinary science;

2) observation zone – the zone established between buffer (protective) and safe zones;

3) buffer (protective) zone – the zone established for protection of the zoosanitary status of subpopulation of animals in the safe region or the region with the unspecified status by holding veterinary actions for the purpose of non-admission of drift of infecting agent of animals;

4) veterinary survey of animal – the clinical examination of animal performed for the purpose of determination of general state of his health by the veterinarian, state veterinary health inspector;

5) karantinirovaniye of animals – the isolated content of the newcomers imported, acquired, who are exported, the moved animals for the purpose of conducting diagnostic testings and veterinary processings;

6) safe zone – zone, free from infectious diseases of animals;

7) unsuccessful zone – zone on which infectious diseases of animals are established.

3. Physical persons and legal entities carry out karantinirovaniye of the newcomers imported, acquired, who are exported, the moved animals for the purpose of conducting diagnostic testings and veterinary processings, except as specified, of stipulated in Item 4 these rules.

Import, acquisition, export, movement, arrival of animals is not performed:

1) from unsuccessful zone, except for their realization for carrying out sanitary slaughter on subjects to slaughter of animals (the meat-processing companies) in case of observance of the Veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) rules (further – Veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) rules) approved by the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 29, 2015 No. 7-1/587 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 11940), with indication of data on them in veterinary documents and the database;

2) from buffer (protective) zone in safe zone;

3) in unsuccessful zone;

4) from safe zone with vaccination in safe zone without vaccination;

5) from safe zone without vaccination in safe zone with vaccination without carrying out the corresponding veterinary processings;

6) in case of discrepancy to veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements of the exporting country.

4. Karantinirovaniye of animals is not carried out in cases if animals arrive again, are imported, acquired, exported, move:
