About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of paragraph two of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 22, 2024 "About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 366-Z

1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

2. To the State Customs Committee in three-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.

3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

subitem 2.5 of Item 2 and paragraphs the second or eighteenth subitem 4.2 of item 4 of appendix – in three months after official publication of this resolution;

paragraph two of subitem 5.3 of Item 5 of appendix – from the date of entry into force of the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union of the April 11, 2017 signed on December 25, 2023;

other provisions of this resolution – since January 27, 2025.

The list of the changes made to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. In Regulations on the compulsory national insurance approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 29, 2008 No. 308:
