About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning recovery of monitoring, the reporting and verification of emissions of greenhouse gases

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About bases of monitoring, the reporting and verification of emissions of greenhouse gases" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2020, No. 22, Art. 150 with the following changes):

1) in Article 1:

7 parts one to state Item in the following edition:

"7) the Unified register on monitoring, the reporting and verification of emissions of greenhouse gases (further - the Unified register) - the public electronic register providing creation, collection, accumulating, storage, accounting, protection, reflection, processing of data on installations and documents in the field of monitoring, the reporting and verification of emissions of greenhouse gases from installation and also electronic interaction in this sphere";

the second to add part with new paragraph one of the following content:

"2. The terms "Unified Register", "holder of the Unified register", "administrator of the Unified register", "technical administrator of the Unified register" are used in this Law in values of the corresponding terms "public electronic register", "holder of the public electronic register", "administrator of the public electronic register", "technical administrator of the register" provided in the Law of Ukraine "About public electronic registers".

With respect thereto the paragraph one to consider the paragraph the second;

Part one of Article 8 to add 2) with Item 11-1 of the following content:

"11-1) signs the contract with the technical administrator of the Unified register";

To add 3) with Article 8-1 of the following content:

"Article 8-1. Functioning of the Unified register on monitoring, the reporting and verification of emissions of greenhouse gases
