About approval of the Technique of determination of levels of readiness of technologies and technological readiness of the organizations

According to the subitem 14) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About science and technological policy" and subitem 111-10) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 2022 No. 580, I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Technique of determination of levels of readiness of technologies and technological readiness of the organizations.

2. To provide to committee of science of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.

Technique of determination of levels of readiness of technologies and technological readiness of the organizations

1. The technique of determination of levels of readiness of technologies and technological readiness of the organizations (further – the Technique) is intended for assessment of degree of readiness and completeness of stage of the scientific research provided on tender on grant, to program target financing, commercialization of results of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities (further - tenders) by subjects of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities. This Technique is applied during conducting the state scientific and technical examination of scientific and scientific and technical projects and programs, and also projects of commercialization of results of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities (further – RNNTD).

2. The technique is developed according to the subitem 14) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About science and technological policy" and subitem 111-10) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 2022 No. 580 "About some questions of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

3. In this Technique types of scientific and scientific and technical activities are understood as the research and development classified as basic and applied scientific research, and pilot studies.

4. Under the guise of productive activity the production development stage including trial production and serial production is understood.
