According to article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization", the subitem 4 of Item 2 of Criteria and procedure according to which determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are crucial for functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period is performed and also crucial for ensuring needs of the Armed Forces, other military forming during the special period approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 2023 No. 76 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 05, 2024 to No. 650), Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 2016 No. 281, I ORDER:

1. Approve Criteria by determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are important for industries of national economy in the field of external relations during the special period which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of March 29, 2023 No. 144 "About approval of Criteria by determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are important for industries of national economy in the field of external relations during the special period" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 05, 2023 at No. 577/39633.
